Need helpful docs for EBS upgrade ( R12.1.3 to R12.2.9)

Hello Team,

We need to upgrade our EBS multinode environment from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9

currently we have database version 12.1.0.2

As we are planning , Can you please help to find some good links and documents which will help for EBS upgrade. (all steps /check list for application and database servers)
