Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Enterprise Command Center Framework - EBS (MOSC)

ECC V3 integration with EBS 12.2.9 : patchEccFiles.pl not completing successfully.

I am following the Note : Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 V3 (Doc ID 2611435.1).

While Importing ECC applications following as per the steps in Section : 4.3.2.4 Import Enterprise Command Center Applications.

patchEccFiles.pl fails with the following errors

Importing application /home/oracle/temp/stage/ap/12.0.0/patch/115/ecc/applications/ap_ecc.zip

ECC WEB ENTRY URL:http://<hostname:port>/ecc

ECC Application File:/home/oracle/temp/stage/ap/12.0.0/patch/115/ecc/applications/ap_ecc.zip

ERROR: Failed with status 409 for url http://<hostname:port>/ecc/user/import/applications?gfmString=IaHJc8dAERjdOK5N7aSd2A..

Please check the log: import_20200826151114.log in ECC instance for error details
