Racone add adr parameter for oracle net listener

Hi,

What impacts can you have in a production environment with RACone(EE 19c(19.3)) architecture when changing the GI listener  ( add adr parameter for oracle net listener (LOG_FILE_NUM_LISTENER and LOG_FILE_SIZE_LISTENER)  and then execute the command :

LSNRCTL> reload -with_ha ?
