Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Record preview pane not displaying scroll bar until manually resized

We are on V 19.12.6. When we open a record the preview pane by default is displayed on the right.

We have logged an SR on this issue with a video file attached to demonstrate the issue.

Issue and Testing:

The scroll bar does not display in the preview pane until the user resizes the popup window.
We have tested and verified this occurs on all browsers.
We also tested when zoomed in or out and still experience this issue.

Question:

Is Oracle aware of this issue and what is the plan to resolve? As mentioned, we do have an SR open as well.
