EM 13.4 release update

I recently installed EM 13.4 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.8 (Maipo) using an OMR 12.2 on the same host.  I previously worked on EM12c and was looking for a comparison between the two versions.  Not finding anything useful I was looking at new features and discovered that new features depend upon the release update.  How do I tell the release update of my OMS?
