This is 2 node RAC 19c on AIX

Is CPU is the bottleneck and the disks

Symptoms That Led to the Finding:

  Read and write contention on database blocks was consuming significant

  database time.

  Impact is 11.26 active sessions, 21.83% of total activity.

  Inter-instance messaging was consuming significant database time.

  Impact is 16.8 active sessions, 32.56% of total activity.

  Wait class "Cluster" was consuming significant database time.

  Impact is 17.63 active sessions, 34.17% of total activity.

Finding 2: CPU Usage

Impact is 29.91 active sessions, 60.67% of total activity.

Host CPU was a bottleneck for some instances. Wait times will be inflated by

wait for CPU.
