Q: Deferring Employee Payroll Tax Obligations

What is Oracle strategy or patch on implementing ‘Deferring Employee Payroll Tax Obligations’ from the president’s executive order that goes in effect September 1 through December 31, 2020?

There’s still a lot of pending guidance employers are waiting on, but we would like to know if Oracle has reported anything in preparation of an update.
