Column headings missing on CSV output

Hi,

Some of the column headings skipped on a CSV output file.

I created a report with group section, with grid alignment 52 X 8. Display grid, snap to grid turned on. 4th column heading is always missing to print on the CSV output file.

When i move that column heading up a little bit, it is printing like this.

I was expecting three commas before item description. But only two commas printed. Item description column heading is in the 4th position on the page header section.

But the detail lines are printing correctly.

We are on 9.1 with tools release 9.2.2.3
