Spot Buy Feature

Hello All,

Can someone please help with document on how to enable Spot Buy Feature in R12.2.8.   Is this new functionality is only available for non catalog request only ? Can we create inventory PO from approved PR automatically using spot buy ? Can I just enable this functionality for Inventory item requisitions only ?
