How to migrate OEM12c Repository to 13c

Hello!

I have the follwing comfiguration where I need to migrate OEM12cR5 to 13cR4:

OEM12cR5 + 11g Repository DB running on host A

OEM13cR5 + 12c Repository to be set up on host B

How do I migrate the OEM and repository DB?

So far I only have found documentation for a 1-System Upgrade r for migrating the repository DB where both DB were Oracle 12c.
