Create Accounting not transferring to GL

We have Create Accounting running 4 times a day. Since yesterday we are noticing recount count for 'Final Status increasing in Subledger Exception report.

We have close over the weekend so need immediate help.

We see records for 24-Aug, 26-Aug in it.

Why all of sudden this started happening. What should we do to immediately fix this.
