How to define Transaction Account Definition for AGIS

How to define Transaction Account Definition for AGIS. We have to define some AGIS transaction types  and business wants account to be derived on  them. SO I want to define a new transaction account definition. I saw metalink  document id  AGIS: Transaction Account Derivation (TAD) - Usage and Setup (Doc ID 1322237.1). That is not helping me as in pdf it says to derive adr rules for the application  financial common modules. I checked  sub ledger accounting definition standard accrual  and  there is no such  application there.  AGIS Super user also there is no such place to define sla rules. Can someone tell me the exact path from where to define transaction account definition for agis
