Notices - On Expenses Tile, and in General

Hi, in our Image 36 FSCM environment the notices appear on the Notices tile, but when I try to set it up in our environment, they only appear if I click on the tile. What am I missing? Also, I see that you can add Notices for various modules. But where would these notices show up - how do I configure that??  Thanks, Susan
