playback when 404 is issued

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

We're looking for a way to have a message played when there is a number that's configured, but not active. I was looking at Local Media Playback, but that's not triggered until 180 comes into play. In our scenario, it's not going past 100 trying, then getting 404 not found and getting the carrier message "The number or code you are trying is incorrect..." etc.

4600 SBC's running 8.3.0 m1p9
