Prenote required flag on direct deposit table not setup correctly. Is anything missing?

Hello all,

Our customer is using Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 with tools 8.56 and with image #31.

We found that when employee update the existing row direct deposit info, system inserted new row. But the prenote required flag is N.

When we insert new row, system is setting the prenote required flag correctly.

Please advise what we are missing.
