Negative Balance configuration on the Absence Take is not working

We have a production issue and this has to be resolved as soon as possible.

We have Vacations and Personal Days absences setup in our system, When someone goes to the Negative balance in one of the absence it has to take from other absence.

So we had setupd Vacation absence take under Negative Balance Tab we mentioned the Personal Days Absence Take

Same we had setupd on Personal Day Absence Take under Negative balance tab mentioned the Vacation Take.

Some how its only working when Personal Day goes to negative and its taking from Vacation but its not working other way.
