Fluid OE: 'Overview of All Plans' Page Only Shows Waive Option

Hi Everyone!  We are implementing the Fluid OE process, and we're in to testing everything out.  I noticed the Overview of Plans page on every benefit plan only shows the Waive option; it doesn't display our actual plan information. Am I missing a setup page somewhere?  I've tried several searches on Oracle Support and can't find anything about any issues with this page.

Any thoughts about this is greatly appreciated!
