SQL Tuning Advisor on SQL Tuning Sets throwing error

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question

Hello

I have a OEM User who gets the following error message when she tries to run SQL Tuning Advisor on SQL Tuning Sets.  The error appears as soon as she hits submit.  But she can run SQL Tuning advisor on individual SQL Statements without an issue.

<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/access.log

<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/<SERVER_NAME>-diagnostic.log

<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/em/<OMS_NAME>/sysman/log/emoms.trc

OEM version is 13.3

DB version is 12.2 and the database is a Pluggable Database.
