Orachk empty report Oracle 19c

Hi, after installed Oracle 19.8c on RHEL 8 I run a Orachk with root privileges.

When I open the report it says that it does'nt find any warning or critical. Instead I have a fail report about file permission in the Oracle_homes, but score report is 60%:

When I open the details it says that all Oracle files have wrong permission but I have installed Oracle Grid Infrastructure following Oracle Database Installation Guide for 19c.

What could be happen? I run all root scripts and it's a fresh install. The errors are a lot like:

I don't think that there is a file permission problem, the ASM and the Oracle Database are working without errors. What could be happen?
