How to create and rename a placeholder using command line interface?

Hi Everyone,

We are a fashion shoe retailer. so we have hundreds of new styles in every season. From GUI interface we can create place holders in bulk but our business practice is this that we properly name these place holders for better tracking/working. You can create place holders in bulk but you have to manually rename them. We need your support in two commands.

 

1)How to create a place holder from command line? 

2)How to rename already defined place holder?
