Opening Activity attachments

Hi Team,

It appears the default behaviour of siebel open ui is it open the attachment in new tab when user click the attachment link. but it also replace the attachment if one already open when user tries to open any other attachments rather then opening in a new tab.

We have a requirement to open siebel activity attachments in different tab/windows without being replaced the alreay open one.

Please suggest if there is a way to achieve this requirement
