Installing Agent 13.2 accessing OMS 13.4 (Linux) is failing with " Heartbeat Status : OMS resp

Query in OMS 13.4  DB:

SQL> select type_meta_ver from sysman.mgmt_target_type_versions where target_type = 'oracle_emd';

Obviously all agent versions apart from 13.2 and 13.3 should work with OMS 13.4;

Is there a patch already available for OMS 13.4 to work with agent 13.2 ? ( like Doc ID 2243040.1 for OMS 13.2 )  too?
