Material overhead cost automatically coming

Hello all,

We are using R12.2.8. Material overhead cost automatically calculated and updated at the time of Inter-org transfer. We didn't define any overhead setup and Transfer charges. I don't know why the material overhead was calculated. We are using the average costing org.

For eg:

Item A transferred from Org X to Org Y

Item cost (1000) is a material cost.

Item transferred qty= 10

I didn't put any extra charges like freight charges, transportation costs.

At the time of receiving in Org Y, we do an inspection then deliver to the location.
