How is crew size determined in Routing Master

Hi All,

I am trying to understand how is the crew size value determined in Routing Master setup.

For e.g. I have 1 employee in Assembly 1 work center who takes 5 minutes to complete the operation, so will be the Crew size be 1.  Below is my example setup.

I know the Crew size is taken into calculation for total Run Labor hours.

I went through the setup document where it is specified i.e. it's no of employees in that work center.
