New department setup in HCM is not syncing in Campus solutions Student financials

Something is going on with the 3 way synch when setting up new departments.  I have found a few today that are not making it over to student financials after we create the new department in HR.  It is related to the upgrade I think as this worked fine during testing a few moths ago.

Currently users are setting up any new departments you will need to set them up manually in all 3 systems (HR, Finance and CS-Student Financials).
