Bidding Oppportunities

On the  Fluid Supplier Portal public home page, there is a tile called 'Bidding opportunities' when you login as a guest user.

This tile also appears when you login as a credentialed user and the user is on secure home page.

When the user clicks on the Bidding  Opportunities page, the user can view the event details, attachments, bidding package etc.

But the user cannot accept the bid or submit the Bid.

Is there no fluid page for submitting bids?

Should this be done by following the fluid navigation from the NavBar and following the link 'View Events and Place bids 'from the fluid menu?
