Dynamic Personal Form linking

I am trying to give CSR’s a layout where they can see both the P4210 and P4915 on the same page.  I was able to create the page and it’s in PD, but the issue I’m having is the dynamic link between the two goes off shipping number and we can only do one SN at a time.  Is there a way I can have multiple if not all shipping numbers highlighted in P4210 and all show up in the P4915?  Our CSR's have a lot of orders to go through and going 1 to 1 is very time
