PERC process not updating status

Our registrars office ran the PERC process for Fall 2020 back in June while Summer 2020 session was still in session. As expected, some of the requirements were marked "Conditional" and "In Progress" for courses that students were currently taking. After grades were posted for Summer 2020, the PERC process was run again. However, statuses continue to show up as "Conditional" and :"In Progress" even though the students grades were posted (some completed successfully, some failed, some dropped, etc).

I tried running PERC purge, and checked the affected tables. The tables had been cleared as I expected. I then re-ran the PERC process. All indications were that the process had run successfully. However, chcking the tables I found that none of the tables changed. It was as if the PERC process had not run.
