[ERROR] : AHF-00014: AHF Data Location

Why am I able not able to set the AHF data directory to a directory structure not completely owned by root during setup but I can relocate the repo post-setup?  Example:

# mkdir -p /u01/oracle.ahf/data/repository

# ./ahf_setup -ahf_loc /opt -data_dir /u01/oracle.ahf

AHF Installer for Platform Linux Architecture x86_64

AHF Installation Log : /tmp/ahf_install_202200_14268_2020_08_31-11_18_37.log

Starting Autonomous Health Framework (AHF) Installation

AHF Version: 20.2.2 Build Date: 202008260643

AHF Location : /opt/oracle.ahf

AHF Data Directory : /u01/oracle.ahf/data

[ERROR] : AHF-00014: AHF Data Location /u01/oracle.ahf/data is not owned by root in directory hierarchy
