EAM Preventive Maintenance WO(s) initiating Purchase Requisitions for Non- stock Inventory Items

Hi SME(s),

Our Preventive Maintenance schedule definitions are configured to create PMWO(s) at status of Released- below screen shot shows the config. Most of our PMWO(s) have Non-Stock Item in WO material requirements and we do not want a Purchase requisitions created for these. Untill last week, all PMWO(s)  were not triggering Purchase requisitions on release for any Non stock inventory Items on the WO.

Our DBA(s) have applied couple of CPU and other module related pacthes this weekend and from then  - The PR(s) started triggering for the PMWO(s).

I do not find any eAM packages compiled in last week and I even compared the code manually for below Objects(involving requistion) to one of our lower instances - No changes were creeped in, However the PR(s) are getting triggered after the patches were applied.
