CommOutboundMgr is going into Not Online status frequently

Hi All,

CommOutboundMgr component is going into "Not Online" status frequently however it is getting automatically into "Online" status.

We would see in Enterprise log that there is a process which was exited at the same time and immediately a new process started.

Is it a normal behaviour of this component ? Also the component start time does not match , it shows the Old time when the SiebelSrvr was restarted .

Or we should identify the problem why the process is exiting frequently for this component ?
