Orchestrator Iterate Over grid data

Hello,

I am trying to create an orchestration that uses 2 form requests.  I want the second form request to iterate over data from the first request. 

I have created an SO Inquiry forms request using process recorder on P42101 (inquiry only) returning as outputs, Item Number and Quantity. 

Next I created an SO Entry forms request using P42101 and process recorder.  Both forms requests work properly when executed independently.  When I try to use them together, (SO inquiry as inputs to SO Entry) it fails.  The error is that its looking for form W42101C but is being presented W42101D.
