Using xdo_user_report_locale system variable in Send/Bursting functionality

Hello.

For translation of the created reports we use the XLIFF files (for template information), but also we need to translate the selected data from Retail Merchandising System database level (like statuses, code details, org. and merch. hierarchies, types etc).  For this traslation we select the already translated data from standard RMS *_TL tables, using the BIP xdo_user_report_locale system variable for checking what language should be selected for these tables. This approach works great when a user prints or saves the reports locally on its computer, but it does not work when users send reports to printers using the Send/Schedule functionality, because
