Partial released requisition not visible in Autocreate form

Purchase Requisition partially converted to Purchase Order / Releases. Original requisition is not visible in the Autocreate form to convert the PR to PO for the remaining quantity. Please let me know if you have come across similar issue.  R12.2.5 environment.
