How/when does the Leave Status (alias LVST) get updated in the F07620 to T-Taken?

Hi Everyone,  I hope your week is going great.  I'm trying to understand what triggers the Leave Status (LVST) in the F07620-Leave Transaction table to be updated to a 'T' taken, without having to run tests.  It looks like it might be when the F06116Z1 records status (EDSP) is updated to 1.  I'm hoping it's when the records is processed in Final Update from the F06116 to the F0618.

The taken records in our database have been updated by 1 of 3 programs:  EP051121-speed time entry, R05116Z1-Batch Time Entry Processor, or B0702080-not techie enough to know what this is.
