Setup for Tasks in Supplier Management

I am wanting to use Task functionality for a Supplier in Supplier Management.

I have created a Task Type in CRM Task Manager.  Is this the only place they can be setup?

I am unable to search for a Contact for the Task, I am not sure if there is missing setup?

When trying to add References the only Type is Sales Opportunity.  Where is this setup?

Finally when I go to Apply I receive error 4063ORA-04063: package body "APPS.CSP_PARTS_REQUIREMENT" has errors ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.CSP_PARTS_REQUIREMENT". Please contact your system administrator
