Quality Module - Assigning Context Elements

Apologies if this is the wrong location for it, however I have a question pertaining to elements and collection plans for quality.
We are currently investigating the quality module ahead of a potential roll-out for our business - however I have a few queries about the data available within a Collection Plan.
The Quality User and Implementation guides refer to context elements which contain standard data such as PO Numbers, Line Numbers, etc. As part of a Receiving Inspection Collection Plan, I would like to be able to include some of these elements, such as the PO and Line Numbers as part of the details for easy reference in the Quality Workbench views. However I do not seem to be able to find any information on how these can be added to the collection plan.
