Issue : R42565 # Print Invoice - - the serial number getting skipped

Hello,

We are facing issues that Issue : R42565 # Print Invoice - - the serial number getting skipped that is jumped and this is happening to one location (BU)  not to all BU.

Sometimes they faces no issues and sometimes issues occurs.

The invoices are not coming in proper sequence in JDE.

The user have prepared 3 invoices but the invoices are not coming in proper sequence. The last invoice no was 20000218. Today they have given the order nos 20000219,20000220,20000221 but the invoce nos come as 20000221, 20000223, 20000224.

Also the PDF generated the data or the field getting blank ie not printing .

need your suggestion to troubleshoot the issue
