Package assembly doesn't show delete button enabled

Hi Team,

When trying to delete old full package from package assembly application , delete button is not enabled . Delete button available for recently built full packages. If we search very old full package then  delete button is disabled.

Can anyone suggest what would be reason and how to fix it?
