How to take care of customization's while upgrading to R12.2.x and fix the Online Patching Enablemen

Hi, I am upgrading Oracle Applications from 12.1.3 to 12.2.x in database 19c. I am confused how to take care of customization's while upgrading? We did not create any CUSTOM_TOP folder in applicaton 12.1.3, but we have created 1 custom schema with some db objects and few oracle forms & reports in application 12.1.3.

I following page 121 (Ch4-59, point 5 Run the Online Patching Enablement - Readiness Reports) in 12.2 upgrade Guide as below:

- I run the following Readiness report (ADZDPSUM.sql) in 12.2.0:

ADZDPSUM.sql - Provides a summary of the schemas that will be editioned and also schemas with objects that depend on E-Business Suite code that is recommended to be editioned. You can register these schemas with the application by running the commands that will be listed in the last section of this report. Oracle recommends that you run this report again after the custom schemas are registered with the application. You should run ADZDPSUM.sql repeatedly to handle dependent schemas until no further EBR violations are reported.
