Runbatch process not initiating while UBE execution

Hi,

I am de-bugging few UBE issue which fails intermittently. When we resubmit it gets completed successfully !!

Whenever the job goes into E status i dont see any runbatch process initiated for it. Only UBE kernel process is seen in F986110 'process id' field. No UBE logs(chose level 6) are captured in Printqueue folder.

As per UBE execution process explained in (Doc ID 1502974.1), Queue kernel logs shows job status update 'S' & then updates 'E' status immediately.

How can we ensure that RUNBATCH has been initiated here ? Which logs will give more information wrt RUNBATCH initiation for an UBE ?
