CRS-9015 -Error manage: Connection timed out

Hi,

Architecture :

Rac one 19.3 ( two nodes).

When I run for example this command I have this error :

$  oclumon manage -get repsize

CRS-9015-Error manage: Connection timed out

Why do I have this error message?

Screenings performed :

1) node 1: $ crsctl stat res ora.crf -init

NAME=ora.crf

TYPE=ora.crf.type

TARGET=ONLINE

STATE=ONLINE on node 1

2) node 1:  $crsctl stat res ora.mgmtdb -t

STATE=ONLINE on node 2
