Ordering UOM different from primary and secondary UOM for Dual items

Hi

I have and item with primary as LB(pounds) and secondary as LF(lineal Feet). This item is a dual item. However I am trying to place a sales order in RL(Rolls). The system throws an error "Unit of Measure is not related to secondary".

Special handling code in my UDC 00/UM is below.

RL - E

LB - W

LF - F

Even with the special handling I am getting the error. Please advice.
