Supplier Portal-Suppliers asking for their bidder or supplier id
We use the supplier portal and allow user registration. To register as a new user, the supplier must know their bidder id or supplier id. Currently functionality requires the supplier to call or email our help desk for this and is the majority of our help desk calls and emails. I haven't seen anything delivered that allows for supplier to get this information via self service. Does that functionality exist?
If not, I'm curious if other companies are running into the same issue and have come up with any viable solution for this.
Also, curious if anyone has a good solution to prevent suppliers from submitting their bids at the last minute. (Emails reminders? Event language? Other?)
