REP: 3000 Oracle tool kit error in R12

We are using Oracle EBS R12.2.5 and 12C database on IBM AIX 7.2 platform. Currently we have X-Win32 installed on a windows machine and DISPLAY environment variable is pointing to windows machine using ip address, we would like to get rid of windows machine. We are trying to find out a solution or software configuration that can be done in AIX without needing another windows machine. Please let me know what software tools and installation/configuration needed to implement the solution.
