UBEs not getting submitted (AS400)

Hi Everyone,

UBEs not getting submitted (AS400) on E1 subsystem. This issue started at specific time , all of sudden UBEs not getting submitted . There were no entries of  newly launching UBEs on to the server.

Number of outstanding requests on UBE kernel kept on increased and Kernel in mutex status. Restarted E1 subsystem and cleared temp files /specfile folder .

We are unable find the exact cause for this issue. There are entries of DD error in logs.

Please suggest if you find any reference documents on this issue. Doc ID 2235468.1,Doc ID 656362.1 found these general docs, but couldnot establish cause for our ube issue.
