WeR12.1.3: Changes in Buy/Make in Org Master is not changing 'Rollup' flag in Item Cost

We are performing changes Buy/Make in Org Item Master in general planning section. As per standard process for 'Make' Item type the 'Based on Rollup' flag is enabled and for 'Buy' Rollup flag is not enabled.

For changes performed in Org Item master later the roll up changes is not reflected in item cost. Please let us know as how to reflect changes 'Based on Rollup flag' field automatically at frozen cost type based on buy or make item type changes in Org Item Master
