Projects AutoAccounting Rule Not Being Followed

In EBS R12.1, we created an autoaccounting rule for Supplier Invoice Cost Account. Our 2nd segment, activity, has a rule that decodes the Task Service Type 1st and looks for the segment value from the intermediate value within the SQL. Each task on a project has a Service Type. Most of these service types are 'Contract'. In most cases, we want the activity to be derived from the Project Classification Activity.
