Min Holt description in the v. 18 and 19 user guides appears to be incorrect

In the v.18 and v.19 user guides, under Forecast Setup Long Lifecycle Task, the description for Min Holt is:

Min Holt

This measure displays displays the maximum value (cap value) of gamma allowed in the model-fitting process. The value for the optimized gamma parameter will be in the range 0.001 to Max Gamma

This appears to be part of the Max Gamma description.  Should the description be the same as the short life cycle description?  Min Holt is the minimum number of periods of historical data necessary for the system to consider Holt (TrendES) as a potential forecasting method?
