Oracle EBS Cloud - DB Access

I have provisioned Oracle EBS suite in the cloud. I think EBS comes with VM, Oracle instance and EBS software. How do I access Oracle separately (if I want to access DB)? also can I copy custom packages in this cloud EBS instance?
